Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol
The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.
This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
1. Primary Placement
Location: Right AdductorPurpose: Supports local adductor muscle fiber wellness and obturator nerve pathway comfort for direct medial thigh wellness and hip flexibility.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the right adductor region, along the medial (inner) side of the thigh, approximately midway between the groin and knee. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This targets the adductor muscle group fibers, obturator nerve branches, and pectineus attachment for optimal medial thigh wellness support.
2. Secondary Placement
Location: L3 Center (lumbar spine)Purpose: Supports nerve pathway wellness between adductor and lumbar spine through L3 obturator nerve approaches for optimal hip adduction function coordination.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the L3 vertebra level on the lower back, approximately two finger-widths above the top of the hip bones (iliac crests). This targets the L3 nerve root level and obturator nerve origin that control medial thigh and hip adduction function, creating comprehensive nerve pathway support for adductor wellness integration.
3. Tertiary Placement
Location: T4 Center (mid-thoracic spine)Purpose: Supports central nervous system coordination for optimal adductor wellness through mid-thoracic respiratory pathway approaches and pelvic stability coordination.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T4 vertebra level on the mid-back, approximately level with the bottom of the shoulder blades. This provides mid-thoracic postural regulation and diaphragmatic coordination that affects pelvic stability and hip adduction function, enhancing overall adductor wellness integration.
Placement Guidance
The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.
Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.
The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
