Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol

The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.

Supports left lower hamstring comfort and knee flexibility through targeted popliteal nerve pathway and thoracolumbar coordination approaches.
Placement Protocol ulr4.3.1
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left lower hamstring comfort support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Lower Hamstring

Purpose: Supports local lower hamstring muscle fiber wellness and popliteal nerve pathway comfort for direct distal posterior thigh wellness and knee flexibility.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left lower hamstring region, approximately 2-4 inches above the back of the knee crease. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This targets the semimembranosus muscle insertion and local popliteal nerve branches for optimal distal hamstring wellness support.

2. Secondary Placement

Location: L4 Center (lumbar spine)

Purpose: Supports nerve pathway wellness between lower hamstring and lumbar spine through L4 sciatic pathway approaches for optimal knee function coordination.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the L4 vertebra level on the lower back, approximately one finger-width above the top of the hip bones (iliac crests). This targets the L4 nerve root and sciatic pathway components that control distal hamstring and knee function, creating comprehensive nerve pathway support for lower hamstring wellness integration.

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: T5 Center (mid-thoracic spine)

Purpose: Supports central nervous system coordination for optimal lower hamstring wellness through mid-thoracic respiratory pathway approaches and posterior chain stability.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T5 vertebra level on the mid-back, approximately level with the middle of the shoulder blades. This provides mid-thoracic regulation and respiratory coordination that affects posterior chain stability, enhancing overall lower hamstring and knee function wellness integration.

Placement Guidance

The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.

Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.

The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
