Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol
The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.
This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
1. Primary Placement
Location: Left Outer Back KneePurpose: Supports local lateral knee structure wellness and common peroneal nerve pathway comfort for direct posterolateral knee wellness and stability.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left outer back knee region, at the posterolateral aspect of the knee where the outer thigh meets the back of the knee. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This targets the lateral knee structures, common peroneal nerve branches, and biceps femoris attachment for optimal posterolateral knee wellness support.
2. Secondary Placement
Location: L4 Center (lumbar spine)Purpose: Supports nerve pathway wellness between outer knee and lumbar spine through L4 sciatic and common peroneal nerve approaches for optimal lateral knee function coordination.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the L4 vertebra level on the lower back, approximately one finger-width above the top of the hip bones (iliac crests). This targets the L4 nerve root level, sciatic pathway continuation, and common peroneal nerve components that control lateral knee and lower leg function, creating comprehensive nerve pathway support for outer knee wellness integration.
3. Tertiary Placement
Location: T4 Center (mid-thoracic spine)Purpose: Supports central nervous system coordination for optimal outer knee wellness through mid-thoracic postural pathway approaches and lower extremity stability coordination.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T4 vertebra level on the mid-back, approximately level with the bottom of the shoulder blades. This provides mid-thoracic postural regulation and respiratory coordination that affects lower extremity stability and knee function, enhancing overall outer back knee wellness integration.
Placement Guidance
The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.
Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.
The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
