Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol

The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.

Supports right outer thigh comfort and hip function wellness through targeted iliotibial band and superior gluteal nerve pathway approaches.
Placement Protocol ulf7.3.1
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for right outer thigh comfort support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Right Outer Thigh

Purpose: Supports local iliotibial band, tensor fasciae latae, and lateral thigh fascial planes for direct lateral thigh comfort and hip stability.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the lateral aspect of the right thigh, approximately mid-way between the hip and knee on the outer side of the thigh. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This placement targets the iliotibial band (IT band) and tensor fasciae latae muscle for optimal hip abduction and lateral knee stability support.

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Right L5 (lumbar vertebra)

Purpose: Interrupts nerve compression signals at lumbar level, targeting nerve root pathways that contribute to superior gluteal nerve and hip abductor innervation.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right side of the lower back at the L5 level, approximately at the level of the lower hip bone. This targets the L5 nerve root, which contributes to superior gluteal nerve formation and hip abductor muscle innervation for optimal lateral hip function wellness integration.

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: T10 Center (thoracic vertebra)

Purpose: Resets central nervous system coordination for lower thoracic postural control and pelvic girdle muscular coordination optimization.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the T10 vertebra at the center of the spine, approximately at the level of the lower mid-back region. This provides lower thoracic postural regulation, sympathetic nervous system balance, and central coordination support for optimal pelvic and hip function wellness integration.

Placement Guidance

The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.

Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.

The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
