Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol

The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for the selected protocol. Use the buttons beneath the thumbnails to view other placement protocols for this anatomic area.

Supports left lumbar muscle wellness and comfort through targeted nerve pathway approaches and muscle tension relief.
Placement Protocol tsb18.3.1
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left lumbar muscle comfort support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Lumbar Muscle

Purpose: Targets local lumbar muscle fibers, fascia, and trigger points for direct muscle tension relief.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left lumbar muscle region, approximately 2-4 inches to the left of the spine at the lower back level. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials.
Primary left lumbar muscle placement for muscle tension wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Right T10 (thoracic vertebra)

Purpose: Interrupts thoracic nerve pathways affecting left-side muscle coordination and postural control.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right side of the mid-thoracic spine at the T10 level, approximately 10+ inches above the lumbar region. This cross-body placement addresses postural coordination patterns for optimal wellness integration.
Secondary T10 placement for thoracic coordination wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Upper Sternum

Purpose: Resets central nervous system postural control patterns affecting lumbar muscle tension.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the upper portion of the sternum (upper breastbone) to provide central nervous system integration and postural control optimization for comprehensive lumbar muscle wellness support.
Tertiary upper sternum placement for central postural wellness support
Placement Protocol tsb18.3.2
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left lumbar muscle stress support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Lumbar Muscle

Purpose: Direct local treatment at lumbar muscle attachments and fascial planes for stress-related tension relief.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left lumbar muscle region to promote stress-related muscle tension wellness and comfort. Optimal placement allows for comfortable extended use during stress management protocols.
Primary left lumbar muscle placement for stress wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Right C6 (cervical vertebra)

Purpose: Modulates cervical nerve pathways affecting left-side postural chains and lumbar muscle tension patterns.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right side of the neck at the C6 level, approximately 16+ inches above the lumbar region. This cross-body cervical placement addresses postural chain wellness integration.
Secondary C6 placement for postural chain wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Solar Plexus

Purpose: Optimizes autonomic regulation for stress-related lumbar muscle tension and emotional balance.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the solar plexus area to provide autonomic regulation support and enhance stress-related lumbar muscle comfort through emotional wellness integration.
Tertiary solar plexus placement for stress regulation wellness support
Placement Protocol tsb18.3.3
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for chronic lumbar muscle pattern support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Lumbar Muscle

Purpose: Addresses chronic muscle tension patterns and lumbar circulation optimization for long-term wellness.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left lumbar muscle to promote persistent tension pattern wellness and circulation comfort. This placement addresses chronic muscle patterns for optimal long-term support.
Primary left lumbar muscle placement for chronic pattern wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Right T8 (thoracic vertebra)

Purpose: Interrupts mid-thoracic compensation patterns affecting left lumbar muscle function and postural alignment.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right side of the mid-thoracic spine at the T8 level, approximately 12+ inches above the lumbar region. This cross-body placement addresses compensation pattern wellness for optimal postural integration.
Secondary T8 placement for compensation pattern wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Navel

Purpose: Resets core stability patterns affecting lumbar muscle function and postural support systems.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the navel to create comprehensive core stability support and address postural compensations affecting left lumbar muscle wellness through central core integration.
Tertiary navel placement for core stability wellness support

Placement Guidance

The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.

Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.

The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields. For added comfort and convenience, please visit our Accessories page to explore products we have tested for compatibility with the PFE25™.
