Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol
The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.
This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
1. Primary Placement
Location: Left Achilles TendonPurpose: Supports local Achilles tendon comfort and heel mechanics through direct tendon pathway wellness.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left Achilles tendon, approximately 2-4 inches above the heel bone where the tendon is most prominent. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This placement targets the Achilles tendon structure, calcaneal insertion point, and sural nerve pathways for optimal tendon mobility and heel mechanics support.
2. Secondary Placement
Location: Left S1 (Lower Back/Sacrum)Purpose: Engages nerve pathway support between the sacral spine and posterior leg muscles for comprehensive Achilles tendon wellness.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the left side of the lower back at the S1 sacral level, approximately at the upper buttock region near the sacroiliac joint. This placement targets the S1 nerve root pathways that contribute to posterior leg muscle innervation and the muscle complex that forms the Achilles tendon, supporting the nerve connection between the sacral spine and Achilles function.
3. Tertiary Placement
Location: T4 Center (Mid-Back)Purpose: Provides central nervous system coordination and gait mechanics support for optimal Achilles tendon function and movement efficiency.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the center of the mid-back at the T4 vertebral level, approximately level with the middle of the shoulder blades. This central placement provides mid-thoracic sympathetic regulation, gait coordination, and central nervous system integration to support overall Achilles tendon wellness and efficient heel mechanics during walking, running, and daily activities.
Placement Guidance
The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.
Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.
The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
