Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol
The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.
This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
1. Primary Placement
Location: Right Anterior Ankle (Front of Ankle)Purpose: Supports local anterior ankle joint comfort and dorsiflexion mobility through direct ankle pathway wellness.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the front of the right ankle joint, directly over the area where the foot meets the lower leg. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This placement targets the anterior ankle joint capsule, extensor tendons, and deep peroneal nerve pathways for optimal ankle mobility and comfort.
2. Secondary Placement
Location: Right L5 (Lower Back)Purpose: Engages nerve pathway support between the lumbar spine and anterior ankle muscles for comprehensive foot and ankle wellness.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right side of the lower back at the L5 level, approximately at the belt line just above the pelvis. This placement targets the L5 nerve root pathways that contribute to anterior ankle muscle innervation and deep peroneal nerve distribution, supporting the nerve connection between the lower back and front of the ankle.
3. Tertiary Placement
Location: T4 Center (Mid-Back)Purpose: Provides central nervous system coordination and postural balance support for optimal ankle function and stability.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the center of the mid-back at the T4 vertebral level, approximately level with the middle of the shoulder blades. This central placement provides mid-thoracic sympathetic regulation, postural balance coordination, and central nervous system integration to support overall ankle wellness and postural stability.
Placement Guidance
The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.
Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.
The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
