Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol
The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.
This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
1. Primary Placement
Location: Right Shin OuterPurpose: Supports local lateral compartment muscle fiber wellness and superficial peroneal nerve pathway comfort for direct lateral shin wellness and eversion function.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the right shin outer region, along the lateral (outer) surface of the lower leg, approximately midway between the knee and ankle. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials. This targets the lateral compartment muscle fibers, superficial peroneal nerve branches, and peroneus longus attachment for optimal lateral shin wellness support.
2. Secondary Placement
Location: L5 Center (lumbar spine)Purpose: Supports nerve pathway wellness between outer shin and lumbar spine through L5 sciatic and superficial peroneal nerve approaches for optimal lateral lower leg function coordination.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the L5 vertebra level on the lower back, approximately at the level of the top of the hip bones (iliac crests). This targets the L5 nerve root level, sciatic pathway, and superficial peroneal nerve origin that control lateral lower leg and foot eversion function, creating comprehensive nerve pathway support for outer shin wellness integration.
3. Tertiary Placement
Location: T4 Center (mid-thoracic spine)Purpose: Supports central nervous system coordination for optimal outer shin wellness through mid-thoracic respiratory pathway approaches and lower extremity stability coordination.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T4 vertebra level on the mid-back, approximately level with the bottom of the shoulder blades. This provides mid-thoracic postural regulation and respiratory coordination that affects lower extremity stability and lateral balance function, enhancing overall outer shin wellness integration.
Placement Guidance
The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.
Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.
The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
