Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol

The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for the selected protocol. Use the buttons beneath the thumbnails to view other placement protocols for this anatomic area.

Supports left trapezius wellness and shoulder comfort through targeted nerve pathway approaches and postural optimization.
Placement Protocol hsf16.3.1
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left trapezius comfort support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Trapezius

Purpose: Targets local muscle fibers in trapezius and fascial tension patterns for direct muscle wellness support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left trapezius muscle, approximately at the midpoint between the neck and shoulder. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials.
Primary left trapezius placement for muscle wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Back of head (occipital center)

Purpose: Interrupts occipital nerve pathways affecting trapezius muscle tension for comprehensive nerve pathway support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the center of the back of the head where the skull curves, approximately 8+ inches from the trapezius placement. This occipital placement supports optimal nerve pathway wellness integration.
Secondary occipital placement for nerve pathway wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Mid-Sternum

Purpose: Resets central nervous system postural control patterns for systemic coordination support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the middle portion of the sternum (center of the breastbone) for optimal central grounding support. This placement anchors the complete three-array wellness configuration.
Tertiary mid-sternum placement for postural wellness support
Placement Protocol hsf16.3.2
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for cross-body trapezius support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Trapezius

Purpose: Direct local treatment at trapezius muscle attachments and trigger points for muscle attachment wellness support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left trapezius muscle to promote muscle attachment comfort and trigger point wellness. This placement addresses muscle fiber tension and attachment points.
Primary left trapezius placement for muscle attachment wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Right Front Shoulder

Purpose: Modulates cross-body shoulder nerve pathways affecting trapezius balance for bilateral coordination support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right front shoulder area, approximately 10+ inches from the left trapezius. This cross-body placement supports bilateral shoulder coordination and balance.
Secondary right front shoulder placement for cross-body wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Solar Plexus

Purpose: Optimizes autonomic regulation for bilateral shoulder coordination and stress pattern support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the solar plexus area to provide autonomic regulation support and enhance stress-related trapezius comfort through bilateral coordination.
Tertiary solar plexus placement for autonomic wellness support
Placement Protocol hsf16.3.3
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for chronic trapezius pattern support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Trapezius

Purpose: Addresses chronic muscle tension patterns and trapezius compensation mechanisms for long-term wellness support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left trapezius muscle to address chronic tension patterns and compensatory mechanisms. This placement supports persistent trapezius wellness.
Primary left trapezius placement for chronic pattern wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: T4 Center (thoracic spine)

Purpose: Interrupts spinal postural compensation patterns affecting trapezius function for postural optimization support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T4 level of the thoracic spine, approximately 12+ inches from the trapezius. This spinal placement supports postural compensation pattern wellness.
Secondary T4 placement for postural compensation wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Navel

Purpose: Resets core stability affecting upper body posture and trapezius function for comprehensive stability support.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the navel to create comprehensive core grounding support and address postural patterns affecting trapezius wellness through core stability enhancement.
Tertiary navel placement for core stability wellness support

Placement Guidance

The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.

Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.

The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields. For added comfort and convenience, please visit our Accessories page to explore products we have tested for compatibility with the PFE25™.
