Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol

The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.

Supports base of thumb back comfort and dorsal thumb wellness through targeted radial nerve superficial branch pathways and thumb extensor approaches.
Placement Protocol arb10.3.1
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for base of thumb back comfort support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Base of Thumb (Back)

Purpose: Supports local radial nerve superficial branch pathways, thumb extensor tendon fiber comfort, and dorsal carpometacarpal joint nerve distribution for direct base of thumb back extension function and wellness.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the base of thumb back area, located on the dorsal (back) side of the thumb base where it meets the hand near the wrist. This placement targets the radial nerve superficial branch pathways and thumb extensor tendons that control thumb extension and provide dorsal thumb sensation. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials.

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Right C7 (seventh cervical vertebra)

Purpose: Supports nerve pathway wellness by targeting C7 nerve root pathways that contribute to brachial plexus posterior cord formation and radial nerve pathways supplying the base of thumb back region.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the right side of the neck at the C7 level, at the base of the neck where the prominent vertebra can be felt. This placement addresses the C7 nerve root that contributes to brachial plexus posterior cord formation and provides radial nerve pathway support for superficial branch innervation to the dorsal thumb base, creating optimal nerve pathway support for comprehensive base of thumb back wellness integration.

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: Solar Plexus

Purpose: Supports central nervous system coordination for autonomic regulation and fine motor precision optimization supporting base of thumb back positioning and thumb dexterity function.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the solar plexus area, located just below the sternum and above the navel. This placement provides central autonomic regulation and fine motor precision coordination that supports comprehensive base of thumb back wellness through central nervous system balance and thumb dexterity pathway integration.

Placement Guidance

The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.

Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.

The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
