Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol
The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for this protocol. At present, this is the only protocol available for this anatomic area.
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.
This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
1. Primary Placement
Location: Left Outer ElbowPurpose: Targets local lateral epicondyle nerve pathways, extensor carpi radialis muscle fibers, and lateral collateral ligament attachments for direct outer elbow comfort and stability.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left outer elbow area, specifically over the lateral epicondyle (the bony prominence on the outside of the elbow). Focus on the area where the extensor tendons attach and where lateral elbow discomfort commonly occurs. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials.
2. Secondary Placement
Location: Left C7 (cervical vertebra)Purpose: Interrupts nerve compression signals at C7 nerve root level, targeting brachial plexus pathways that contribute to radial nerve formation and lateral elbow extensor innervation.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the left side of the neck at the C7 level, at the base of the neck where it meets the shoulder. This targets the C7 nerve root which contributes to radial nerve formation that supplies the lateral elbow extensor muscles and epicondyle region.
3. Tertiary Placement
Location: T12 Center (thoracic vertebra)Purpose: Resets central nervous system coordination for lower thoracic sympathetic regulation and postural elbow alignment optimization.
Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T12 vertebra level on the spine, approximately at the lower back where the thoracic spine meets the lumbar spine. This central placement provides lower thoracic sympathetic regulation focused on postural coordination and enhances elbow stability function.
Placement Guidance
The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.
Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.
The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields.
