Anatomical Focus of This PFE25™ Protocol

The three thumbnails below display the PFE25™ placements for the selected protocol. Use the buttons beneath the thumbnails to view other placement protocols for this anatomic area.

Supports left inner wrist comfort and circulation through targeted median nerve carpal tunnel and flexor tendon approaches.
Placement Protocol al8.3.1
This protocol is designed for use with three PFE25™ units at the same time.

This image shows three PFE25™ units being used simultaneously, following the placement instructions outlined in this protocol.
PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left inner wrist carpal tunnel support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Inner Wrist

Purpose: Targets local median nerve carpal tunnel pathways, flexor tendon structures, and wrist joint attachments for direct inner wrist comfort and circulation.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left inner wrist area, specifically over the palm side of the wrist where the carpal tunnel is located. Focus on the area between the wrist crease and the base of the palm. The array can be placed on the skin or up to 1 inch away, and works effectively through clothing and other non-magnetic materials.

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Left C7 (cervical vertebra)

Purpose: Interrupts nerve compression signals at C7 nerve root level, targeting brachial plexus pathways that contribute to median nerve formation and wrist flexor innervation.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the left side of the neck at the C7 level, at the base of the neck where it meets the shoulder. This targets the C7 nerve root which contributes to median nerve formation and wrist function.

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: T5 Center (thoracic vertebra)

Purpose: Resets central nervous system coordination for mid-thoracic sympathetic regulation and wrist circulation optimization.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T5 vertebra level on the spine, approximately at the middle of the shoulder blade region. This central placement provides mid-thoracic sympathetic regulation focused on circulation and enhances wrist function.

PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left inner wrist flexor tendon support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Inner Wrist

Purpose: Targets local flexor carpi radialis and ulnaris pathways, wrist ligament structures, and palmar fascia for inner wrist flexibility and tendon gliding.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left inner wrist area, focusing on the flexor tendon pathways that run through the palm side of the wrist. This placement emphasizes tendon gliding mechanisms and wrist flexibility support.
Primary left inner wrist placement for flexor tendon wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Left C6 (cervical vertebra)

Purpose: Interrupts nerve compression signals at C6 nerve root level, targeting brachial plexus pathways that supply wrist flexor muscles and proprioceptive feedback.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the left side of the neck at the C6 level, approximately 5-6 finger-widths below the base of the skull. This targets the C6 nerve root which is a primary contributor to wrist flexor muscle innervation.
Secondary C6 placement for flexor muscle wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: T6 Center (thoracic vertebra)

Purpose: Resets central nervous system coordination for mid-thoracic sympathetic regulation and postural wrist alignment optimization.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T6 vertebra level on the spine, approximately at the middle of the back between the shoulder blades. This central placement provides postural coordination and enhances wrist alignment support.

PFE25™ wellness placement overview for left inner wrist circulation support

1. Primary Placement

Location: Left Inner Wrist

Purpose: Targets local radial and ulnar artery pathways, venous return mechanisms, and lymphatic drainage for inner wrist circulation and fluid balance.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array over the left inner wrist area, focusing on the vascular pathways that supply circulation to the wrist and hand. This placement emphasizes arterial supply, venous return, and lymphatic drainage support.
Primary left inner wrist placement for vascular wellness support

2. Secondary Placement

Location: Left C8 (cervical vertebra)

Purpose: Interrupts nerve compression signals at C8 nerve root level, targeting sympathetic pathways that regulate wrist vascular tone and circulation control.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array on the left side of the neck at the C8 level, at the very base of the neck where it transitions to the shoulder. This targets the C8 nerve root which contributes to sympathetic vascular control pathways.
Secondary C8 placement for sympathetic vascular wellness support

3. Tertiary Placement

Location: T4 Center (thoracic vertebra)

Purpose: Resets central nervous system coordination for upper thoracic sympathetic regulation and autonomic circulation optimization.

Positioning Guide: Position the PFE25™ array at the T4 vertebra level on the spine, approximately at the upper portion of the shoulder blade region. This central placement provides upper thoracic sympathetic regulation focused on autonomic circulation control.

Placement Guidance

The placement guidance above illustrates three PFE25™ positions associated with the anatomical area shown in the image at the top of this page. In each placement protocol, three PFE25™ arrays are intended to be used together in the positions shown.

Because every individual is different, you may find it helpful to experiment with slight adjustments to discover what feels most effective for you. In many cases, the primary placement is positioned directly over the anatomical area of focus, but this may vary since the body is a complex network of nerves and muscles.

The placement images show the PFE25™ array by itself, but it may also be used inside a small pillow, a waist pack, or with other products that do not interfere with magnetic fields. For added comfort and convenience, please visit our Accessories page to explore products we have tested for compatibility with the PFE25™.
